¿Cuándo consultar?
Cuando nosotros ó alguno de los miembros de nuestra familia está sufriendo. Cuando recurrentemente aparecen síntomas que nos vienen a contar que hay algo que está disfuncionando en nosotros ó en la forma de relacionarnos: con nosotros, con la pareja, con nuestros hijos, con los otros, con el trabajo, con el dinero, con el sexo…
Esto suele presentarse ante nosotros como algo exterior, ajeno, como algo del afuera que no terminamos de entender y comenzamos a preguntarnos qué pasa.
Proponemos un espacio que posibilite conocer más concientemente la modalidad vincular de cada historia personal, para empezar a construir nuevas herramientas que conduzcan a una posibilidad de cambio.
Trabajamos realizando un recorrido sobre la historia vincular del consultante, para poder comprender profundamente lo que trae como motivo de consulta: ej. stress , vínculos conflictivos, dificultades de comunicación , duelos, somatizaciones, angustia, miedo, etc..
Consideramos que la empatía y el acompañamiento, son parte fundamental de este proceso de toma de conciencia. La escucha amorosa acerca al terapeuta y al consultante , creando la confianza suficiente para sentirse acompañado y sostenido en los momentos difíciles y dolorosos que seguramente surgirán durante el proceso.
